Through this website you can give your time or money by making a pre-tax donation to charity, volunteer to work on a community project or fundraise with the support of your colleagues and family and friends.

Ambition Unlimited Workplace Giving is part of our commitment to support our people to make a difference in the community. We know that Wilsons’ contribution to the community is an important part of attracting and retaining talented people. In addition, employee research has told us that you want choice when it comes to donating to a charity. That’s why we’ve partnered with GoodCompany to develop this website to make it easy for you to volunteer, fundraise and donate to the charity of your choice.

Ambition Unlimited Workplace Giving is our commitment to deliver financial empowerment and inclusion to financially vulnerable, marginalised, or excluded groups.We leverage our core skillset to empower parts of the community that wouldn’t traditionally have access to financial advice. With a focus on supporting women, culturally diverse communities and young people, we’re helping more of our community realise their ambitions.

If 135 employees participate in donating $5 (equivalent to 1 coffee) per week to a charity –we will give a combined total of $35,000 a year

Ambition Unlimited Workplace Giving is a one-stop-shop for all your donating, volunteering and fundraising needs.

We have responded to your feedback and introduced an ‘open’ model of donating, which means you can donate to one or more of the thousands of charity projects.

You can research, identify and apply for volunteer opportunities through the Ambition Unlimited Workplace Giving website which makes it easy to give your time to make a difference.

Best of all Wilsons Advisory will match your donations up to $10,000 per annum towards our three charity partners.

Wilsons Advisory has partnered with GoodCompany to deliver Ambition Unlimited Workplace Giving.

Founded in 1999, GoodCompany was Australia’s first Skilled Volunteer portal. In 2007 GoodCompany merged with the GoodCompany Foundation. Today, GoodCompany is an exciting hybrid social enterprise that embraces both a non-profit Public Ancillary Fund (PAF) with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status and ‘for purpose’ structures to create greater social outcomes.

GoodCompany now supports over 1,500 of Australia's most respected charities.

There are more than 1,500 charities listed on Ambition Unlimited Workplace Giving.

Charities must meet certain criteria to join the program including Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Item 1. You can check to see if a charity is DGR item 1 by searching the Australian Business Register here.

If a charity you’re passionate about is not registered with GoodCompany and they meet the DGR criteria, please let us know if you are willing to champion their cause via advocacy, donations, volunteering or fundraising. Details of the charity can be emailed through to support@goodcompany.org

Please note: It’s free for charities to join GoodCompany and list volunteering roles. If a charity wishes to register for donations that is a small annual membership fee of $300 a year (ex GST).
